We strongly encourage all the participants to present a poster. Registration to present a poster is through the registration form until the poster registration deadline, Sunday, June 4th.
The MOM 2023 virtual poster session will be held on Fourwaves platform. The poster presenters will receive information and link by email after the poster registration deadline to upload poster abstract and poster media. The upload deadline is Thursday, June 15th.
We offer 2 test sessions on Monday, June 19th at 1.45 pm and 4.45 pm (CEST), 15 min each, if you would like to test the virtual poster platform before the event.
What is required for the poster presentation?
Abstract:
- maximum 300 words
Poster:
- jpeg, png, gif or pdf
- maximum of 100Mb
- landscape is preferable, ideally 16:9 ratio
Slides (optional): Visitors of your poster can scroll through the slides
- ppt, pptx
- maximum of 10Mb
- can have audio but this will increase the file size
Video (optional):
- mp4
- maximum of 1Gb
