Welcome to the 13th Beyond IID in Information Theory Workshop!
The workshop, the 13th in the series, aims at bringing together specialists and students of classical and quantum Shannon theory and related fields. The plan is to have a few longer talks in the mornings and some shorter ones with accompanying poster presentations in the afternoons, to allow ample time for discussions and collaborations.
Participation is open to all, but the organizers request that everyone register with their name and affiliation, and the precise dates they inted to participate.
About Beyond IID
“Beyond IID in Information Theory” started as a workshop in Cambridge, organised by Nilanjana Datta and Renato Renner as a forum for the growing interest in new approaches in quantum information theory to obtain coding theorems in the finite block length regime. Since then, it has grown both in scope and size, now being the most prominent annual conference dedicated to quantum Shannon theory and its applications in quantum information science.
