QIP2021: Speaker Registration


Congratulations on getting a contribution accepted as a talk at QIP, the premier annual meeting for theoretical quantum information research!


We need a few pieces of information from you to assemble the program. Please respond as soon as possible as this will facilitate scheduling and makes it more likely that we can find a timeslot that matches your/your speaker’s preferences.

Deadline for registering an accepted talk at QIP: January 10, 2021
After this deadline, your talk will be assigned any available slot. The first author in the author list will be used as contact person and as a placeholder for the speaker.

We look forward to seeing you at QIP2021!

Please check your email for a confirmation email titled "[Indico] Registration for QIP2021: Speaker Registration". Make sure to also check your spam folder.
The registration form can be modified at any time until Sunday, January 10th through the link in the registration confirmation email.

In case you are registering several talks, please use aliases as follows: user@mailserver.com, user+1@mailserver.com, user+2@mailserver.com. Here user@mailserver.com should be the mail address used to register as a participant for QIP 2021.

(This should work with most mailservers, e.g., sendmail-based, postfix-based mailservers or gmail.)
