We encourage all participants to apply for a poster presentation. Poster submissions can be made via the registration form until the poster submission deadline of Sunday, May 10th.
You may edit your submission at any time up to the deadline using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Poster submissions sent by email or received after the deadline cannot be accepted.
As the number of posters is limited for logistical reasons, submissions will be reviewed and a selection will be made. Applicants will be informed during the week following the deadline.
Posters should be prepared in A0 vertical format for onsite display.
