Book Your Hotel Room
MCQST has reserved a block of hotel rooms at a reduced price. You will need to book your hotel room by 15.04.2024 by emailing the hotel at info@allgaeustern.de or by calling 08321 279-0. Please provide the code MCQST 2024.
The prices for these rooms are as follows:
- Single room: 112 € / Night
- Double room: 194 € / Night
- Family room (3 people): 265 € / Night (Double bed + bunk bed; bunk bed is not recommended for tall guests)
- Family room (4 people): 305 € / Night (Double bed + bunk bed; bunk bed is not recommended for tall guests)
There are not enough rooms for each person to have their own single room. Please try to share your room when possible. For MCQST groups, we strongly recommend that you coordinate this through your group’s secretariat.
If you register after 15.04.2024, we can no longer guarantee room availability at the conference hotel. You are welcome to look for accommodation at other hotels close by.
Conference Fees
External participants will also need to cover the conference costs for the duration of their attendance. These are to be settled directly with the conference venue.
- Full day (incl. lunch and dinner): €102 / day
- Lunch and coffee breaks (no dinner): €78 / day
- Coffee breaks and dinner: €65 / day
