High-speed and high-resolution image capture is a fundamental component of the analysis of interactions between lasers and plasmas in laser plasma accelerator experiments. However, traditional methods of image transmission are subject to significant bandwidth and latency restrictions. In this paper, we propose an Ethernet-based Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) transmission system, which enables the direct transfer of raw image data from the camera to the specialized network card. By offloading the packing and processing of data packets to the network card, the workload on the CPU is significantly reduced, enhancing the efficiency of data transmission. The system is thus capable of processing and transmitting volumes of image data with enhanced efficiency. Furthermore, the paper will illustrate the enhanced performance of RDMA in the transmission of images captured by on-site experimental cameras. It will also examine the potential benefits of RDMA for data processing in laser acceleration experiments, providing new insights and technical support for future high-frequency data acquisition and processing.
