Registering on arrival on-site
A registration desk for the event will be setup in the Beecroft building foyer and you will be able to pick up your badges from 12:30.
No lunch is provided so please do enjoy the local culinary delights of Oxford before your arrival. Nearby options include the Natural History museum cafe nextdoor to the physics department, Taylors on St Giles and a selection of cafes on Little Clarendon Street.
The welcome to the conference will begin at 14:00. You will be directed to the venue for the afternoon (the Lindemann lecture theatre) from the registration desk.

You can access the local Wifi via eduroam. Should you not have access to eduroam, please ask for access credentials at registration.
Visa considerations for participants from outside Europe

Workshop Dinner
The workshop dinner will be held at Merton College on Tuesday 14th January from 19:00. Merton is just under 20 mins walk from the physics department.
