Accommodation @MCQST2025
MCQST has reserved a block of rooms at the main conference venue, Hotel Andreas Hofer, as well as at the neighboring Hotel Stadt Kufstein.
Please note that the hotel booking is managed by the organizers. We will book your accommodation according to the information provided by you in the registration form. We will inform you in which hotel you will stay by mid-May 2025.
There are not enough rooms for each person to have their own single room. Please plan to share your room when possible. For MCQST groups, we strongly recommend that you coordinate this with your colleagues before registering.
Accommodation Costs
- IMPRS-QST students and the cluster members: MCQST covers the accommodation costs directly.
- External participants are welcome, however, they need to cover their own accommodation, directly at their hotel upon check-out.
