By default, all invited speakers will receive their own room with a double bed from Tuesday, 3.06.2025 through Friday, 6.06.2025. Accommodation for Summer School speakers is booked starting Monday, 2.06.2025.

You will be staying at either Hotel Andreas Hofer, the conference hotel, or Hotel Stadt Kufstein, which is adjacent to the conference venue.

Before booking your trip, please review our reimbursement guidelines.

We are organizing a special evening at the Kufstein Forstress on Wednesday, 4.06.2025 starting from 5pm. The program includes a guided tour, a celebration, and a dinner.

For planing purposes and for a responsible use of resources, please let us know if you are attending.
