Book Your Hotel Room
MCQST has reserved a block of hotel rooms at a reduced price. You will need to book your accommodation by 13.04.2026 by emailing the hotel at bankett@allgaeustern.de or by calling 08321 279-911. Please provide the code "Summer School 2026".
Accommodation is covered by MCQST (Cancellation fees will be charged individually, pelease read below for policies). This means you do not have to pay for your stay. Rooms are available as follows:
- Double room: 180,00€ / night
- Family room for 3 people: (Double bed + bunk bed; bunk bed is not recommended for tall guests): 270,00€ / night
- Family room for 4 people (Double bed + bunk bed; bunk bed is not recommended for tall guests): 330,00€ / night
Please note that single rooms are not available for participants. We therefore ask that you coordinate with peers to share rooms where possible. If you are new to MCQST, you may also contact MCQST's office or your group's secretary for assistance.
Cancellation fees:
You can cancel your participation and room reservation free of charge up to 10 days before summer school.
Cancellations made later will be charged 60% of the room price; no-shows will be charged 100%.
For family rooms, prices will be adjusted accordingly in case of partial cancellations.
Fees will be settled individually or by the research group.
If you register after 13.04.2026, we can no longer guarantee room availability at the conference hotel. You are welcome to look for accommodation at other hotels close by.
MCQST will book the rooms directly with the hotel for invited speakers, trainers and alumni.
